xAI released Grok 4.7 on September 21, 2026.
Grok 4.7 is the xAI (SpaceXSI) frontier model released on September 21, 2026 for coding, agentic tasks and knowledge work, available on the xAI API as grok-4.7 and on the US regional endpoint. It has a 500k context window, text and image input with text output, and no text output limit, at $2 / $0.50 / $6 per million input / cached input / output tokens below 200k prompt tokens and $4 / $1 / $12 above. Against Grok 4.6 it scores 46.3% vs 40.4% on CursorBench 4.0, 71.0% vs 65.2% on DeepSWE v1.1 and 37.6% vs 20.3% on Terminal-Bench 4.0. It also ships with a new safeguard stack.
